Windows Mobile 6.5 (build 5.2.2.21887)
HTC TouchPro2
SPb TV 1.2.0 build 1980
Cable connection via ActiveSync

SPb TV shuts down after 1-2 min of usage. If I keep switching channels, surfing through TV channel guide, it works ok. But when I start the channel, it works ok for about minute or so and then SPb TV exits. So i need to launch it again.

Any ideas?

I really don't understand S2U2 is one of the most popular software and you are loosing lot of users just because of this...

That would satisfy (draw) the most customers!

I think ideas like this are great! Constructive criticism like this is far better than just asking Spb to dump the carousel.

I have found Spb to be far more responsive to user suggestions and requests for tech support than any other software firm I deal with.

The people that write this code are so advanced that they don't look at the products they are creating like the average user does; so this type of input is very valuable in maintaining the "common touch". There is no use in developing a product that 1% of the user base thinks is great but the other 99% can't figure out how to use it, or the features don't relate to their needs or solve their problems.

I am a moderator on the HTC Forum and I keep threads on our site that accumulate user suggestions for product and software improvements. This information is forwarded to HTC for their review and consideration.

I have the same problem on an HTC Touch 3g . Used to work fine on my Touch Dual, but on the 3G I cannot get alarms to sound at all. I have tried Bio and regular alarms - none work. On Bio I get nothing - no light, no tick, no Bio sound, no alarm. Any suggestions as to how I could get a sound out of it would be very welcome.

It would still be nice if SPB Mobile Shell contained at least a very basic moonphase widget (i.e. an icon showing the current phase would be all that's needed) for those of us who really don't need any of the extras provided by SPB Time.

They really can't expect me to pay $15 just to display a moon phase icon!

Sticking with Sun'n'Moon for now...

Been using SPBTime 3 for two weeks now. I have the same sort of problem. The default alarm sounds are too loud at home and work. At home they occasionally wake up also the kids (sleeping in a separate room), at work the alarms disturb co-workers. I'd like a setting for selecting volume level of alarm sound. A slider would be preferable.

Also, the ascending volume level does not seem to work with default sounds (using now GoingDown.mp3).

I have HTC Touch HD.

Hi,
I've this issue with SPB MS 3.5.3

If a want to make a call, I use the call hardware button, but the screen go back to SPB Home after 2 seconds, so I can't use phone app at all.

If I put a phone app shortcut on SPB home, I can launch phone app as usual, and every thing goes fine, I can make a call.

If I go to SPB settings, and if I quit the shell, hardware call button works like a charm.

So, it think that my problem is due to Mobile shell that auto close phone app, when it's launch with hardware button.

Maybe, mobileShell remap this button......

Do you have any idea....

PS: this issue is on HTC HD2 only, because I also have a Acer S200, with no problem....
